Last 03 December 2015, I saw this really cute baby cradle currently on sale at Lazada so I immediately ordered one. Since I don't want to pay PhP99 for a single item, I also added a Set of 7 infant socks. I checked out and opted for cash on delivery mode of payment.
Lazada immediately sent me an order confirmation and after a day, they also sent me my tracking numbers. The expected date of delivery of my orders is within 5-7 days. I can say that shopping at Lazada was indeed convenient.
The annoying part occurred during the delivery of my orders. My orders was shipped via LBC Courier. I consistently traced my orders from the shipping date until the it was received at Tuguegarao Delivery hub.
I was really excited to receive my baby's cradle however, when I traced my orders on 10 December 2015, it displayed "Delivery Failed". Wow! I did not receive communication of any sort from the courier so, paano magiging delivery failed agad?
I sent an e-mail to LBC Customer Care immediately to ask what happened and they didn't try to contact my given number. This is their reply:
So, I was relieved knowing that they will "coordinate" with our branch and will immediately inform me of any feedback.
Few days have passed, no feedback was received. So again, I traced the status of my orders at their Track and Trace site and was pissed to find this:
Yung totoo? Walang effort talaga para maideliver?
I asked one of my hubby's colleague who is working at one of LBC Tuguegarao branches and he said hindi daw maideliver kasi madami daw ang deliveries at iisa ang rider.
I think their reason is highly unacceptable since they can just inform me of their situation and ask whether I would be willing to just pick-up na lang sa branches nila.
Anyway, they should have informed Lazada right away that they cannot accommodate their deliveries para hindi na lang sana magaccept ang Lazada.
Such a waste of time waiting and browsing kung courier pala sisira.
Sana next time maayos na nila yan.
