REVIEW: One Earth Organics- Sheer Defense DD Cream

While browsing the products offered by One Earth Organics, I stumbled upon this product which claims to be a sunscreen, treatment and foundation in one. How amazing is that? It has SPF 50++ and comes in two shades: fair and natural. It also claims to be self adjusting. So, I was convinced with all the promised benefits and I immediately placed my order in one of their resellers.

This DD Cream is housed in a plastic tube hence, you can easily dispense the product.

It is my first time to use a DD Cream so I cannot compare it to other brands. I got the shade Fair which is a tad lighter than my skintone however, if used in small amount it blends well with my skin. It has medium coverage and helped in minimizing the appearance of my pores. The consistency of the product is a bit heavy so need to exert a little effort to blend it to your face. I did not experience any breakout when using this DD Cream nor did I experience skin irritation.

The downsides I experienced in using this are it has a tendency to create white patches on your face but I figured out that using their argan oil before this DD Cream will help in blending properly and will create a dewy finish. Next is the scent. There is something in the scent that screams artificial. 

Overall, I love using this product for I love how it minimize the appearance of my pores and it has sufficient SPF to protect my face against Mr. Sun. Will I repurchase? Maybe.

REVIEW: One Earth Organics- White Glow Toner and Argan Oil

I purchased these goodies last August 2015 from their Tuguegarao Reseller and  I super love my purchase experience with her. It was hassle free, convenient and she answers all my queries patiently. She even delivered my orders into my workplace for FREE! :)

Anyway, back to the products, I have tried their White Glow Facial Toner and Argan Oil out of my desire to lighten my face and at the same time, to keep it moisturized. I have been using these babies for almost three months now, though not religiously, but enough to testify to its effects and benefits.

WHITE GLOW FACIAL TONER

What I love about this product is that you need not to use anymore moisturizer after this product as it is already enough to moisturize your skin. However, for added benefits I still used their Argan Oil. :). It also has a light floral scent which in my opinion will not bother even the most sensitive nose.

The product is contained in a unique plastic container with pump hence, you can easily dispense the product.


EFFECT:
After almost two weeks of using this together with my argan oil, I noticed that my skin became softer and healthy looking. You will however experience sting after applying this product hence, I wait for a minute or two to completely dry this before using my moisturizer. As for the whitening effect, I did not notice any drastic whitening on my skin however, it helped in preventing darkening even after sun exposures.

ARGAN OIL

Upon receiving my purchases, I immediately checked this one due to my extreme excitement however, I was disappointed when I saw the packaging. I mean, the glass bottle is really chic and expensive looking but the texts on the bottle was almost gone! I even mumbled "Ayy. Nabubura na di ko pa nagagamit.". The only good thing is it was sealed when I purchase it otherwise, I might suspect that I was given a used product.

This product is contained in an expensive looking glass bottle with dropper to control the amount of the product dispensed. 

EFFECT:
I love using this oil since it is easily absorbed by the skin and you only need two to three drops to cover your entire face. Speaking of Tipid. Hehe. It also prevented my skin from being overly dry due to my pregnancy. After suffering from overly dry skin during my pregnancy, using this oil before my dd cream during the day and as moisturizer at night, it did brought back my skin to normal. I can attest that argan oil is indeed dry skinned best friend.

Overall, after using the two products together, my skin is almost baby soft and healthier looking. I did not experience any breakout or allergic reaction during use of these products. I would recommend this combo to people with combination skin and to those who wanted to moisturize their facial skin.
